Return Policy

JewelNidhi always strives to provide great customer experience and in fact obsessed with customer satisfaction, as we know that setting up high standard customer service can win our Customer’s hearts.

Our hassle free return policy, allows our customers to return their ordered products in the simplest way possible. Please read our return policy clearly before placing your orders.

• In case, the product you have ordered is received defective/damaged, or if the product ordered is different from received, or if you are not satisfied with design, then you may be eligible to return the product in unused condition with its original packing along with original invoice/certificates to obtain refund. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.
• Once the product is returned, our quality team will do a quality check of it, and if the product seems used or altered or damaged then it would not be eligible for return/exchange. In case the customer fails to accompany the original certificate of the products, then Jewelnidhi would be sending those products to certified labs for recertification and the cost incurred in the whole process including shipping and certification shall be borne by customer.
• Return policy is applicable to products only if the products are returned within 15day period (from the day the product received by the customer).
• Return policy is not valid for Customized jewelry, Gold Nose pins/Gemstones/Gold Coins/ Silver Coins/Silver jewelry/Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards and Digital Gift Vouchers.
• In case of exchange, if the new product chosen value is higher than the exchanged value then the customer will have to pay the difference before dispatch of the product and if the new product ordered value is lower than the exchanged value then JewelNidhi will refund the difference amount to customer account.
• If the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then JewelNidhi will refund only the amount as per the invoice.
• The shipping charges incurred for the returns/exchanges should be borne by the customer.
• The value of the product being returned should not exceed Rs.1, 00,000/
• JewelNidhi reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for returns/refunds based on the quality inspection.
• The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by JewelNidhi and accept our decision regarding the returns policy.
• Disputes of any nature will come under Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India jurisdiction

Lifetime Exchange & Money-back

Our flexible Lifetime exchange/money-back policy authorizes our customers to exchange or upgrade or encash their jewelry at any point of time. JewelNidhi provides Lifetime exchange/ money-back for all the products purchased through JewelNidhi as per the terms and conditions, which are subject to change.

• The product to be eligible for lifetime exchange/money-back should be accompanied with the original product certificate, if any provided by Jewelnidhi at the time of purchase.
• Based on the current market value of the product with deductions towards making charges and INR 500 towards processing fee, the exchange/money-back value will be calculated.
• If you had received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value from the exchange/buy-back value as applicable.
• If the discount was on making charges, the discount will not be deducted while deriving the resale value.
• If the discount was on the gold value or diamond value then the total discount will be deducted while deriving the resale value.
• If the discount was on MRP then 70% of the discount will be deducted while deriving at the final resale value.
• If you wish to return the product for lifetime exchange then the value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your JewelNidhi account and can be used to purchase on the website at anytime. The value cannot be encashed.
• If you wish to return the product for lifetime buyback, then the buy-back amount will be paid via online bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of the product.
• If any products were purchased in exchange of gold coins, then they would not be eligible for 15-day Money-back, but would be eligible for 15-day exchange at 100% value of the invoice.
• The products that were exchanged earlier under 15-day exchange policy would not be eligible for 15-day Money-back.
• Products that are purchased with the resale value or old gold exchange will be eligible for 15-day exchange but not for 15-day Money-back.
• Extra 10% will be deducted from the resale value if the customer does not have the Invoice.

Resizing & Repairs:

• JewelNidhi offers resizing and repairs to all the products purchased at JewelNidhi.com.
• Resizing and repair charges vary from product to product and will be decided by JewelNidhi.
• Shipping charges incurred for resizing and repair requests shall be borne by the customer.
