Gift Voucher (GV) Terms & Conditions

• This Gift Voucher is valid up to one year.
• The Gift Voucher will be activated immidately. Our normal working hours are between 10 AM to 7 PM. Monday to Saturday.
• The Gift Voucher can be redeemable only online at www.jewelnidhi.com. Please call 9111 222 818 or email us at info@jewelnidhi.com and our customer support representative will be happy to assist you.
• The value of the Gift Voucher is applicable on the total merchandise value. including VAT and other applicable taxes.
• The Gift Voucher can be redeemed against one transcation only. Partial redemption is not available.The value on the Gift Voucher can be combined with existing discounts on the website.
• The Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash, nor it can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher, or reloaded, or resold.
• In the event that the beneficiary KYC details are found to be incorrect or insufficient, Jewelnidhi.com retains the right to cancel the Gift Voucher.
• The holder of the Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for its safe custody and credentials. Jewelnidhi.com shall not be liable and responsible for stolen or unauthorised and/or fraudulent purchases made using the voucher.
• The Gift Voucher is a property of Jewelnidhi.com. Jewelnidhi.com reserves the right to call for the return of Vochers, if the need arises.
